Processing Time

 

Regular orders are dispatched within 3 days via Royal Mail standard shipping. 

 

If you have pre-ordered items from our Table Matters collection, please check the listing for pre-order dates. Your order  will take approximately 3 weeks to arrive after the cut-off date. 

 

We take pre-orders on our boxes and fabrics to make sure we only print the exact amount of material that we need for every order as we are very conscious of trying to remain as sustainable as possible and avoid any unnecessary waste.
 

 

Customs/Import Taxes

 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

POSTAGE

All of our wrapping paper sheets are sent folded, however, there is the option to send it rolled

in a tube for an additional cost.

​

Some orders may be sent in two shipments so do not worry if you only receive part of your order.

If there are any significant delays or problems with your order we will let you know via email.

UK

All domestic shipping is sent standard via Royal Mail. The price of shipping is dependent on the weight of your parcel.

Postage is free on all order over £100.

Europe

Shipping to Europe is sent tracked & signed for a flat fee of £12.50. If you've ordered wrapping paper you have the option for it to be sent rolled in a tube for an additional cost.

International
International shipping is sent tracked & signed for a flat fee of £16.50. If you've ordered wrapping paper you have the option for it to be sent rolled in a tube for an additional cost.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

If there is a problem with your order please don’t hesitate to contact us, we’ll resolve this for you as soon as possible.

 We gladly accept returns and exchanges.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange for a return. You need to contact us to authorise your return prior to posting,

which should be sent within 7 days of notifying us. All items must be sent back to us in the original condition and packaging provided.
 

Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
 

Depending on your bank and your payment method, refunds can take 3-7 working days to appear in your account.
