Refusal

 

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following: 

The product ordered being unavailable
Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion 

If we suspect any fraudulent activity
 

 

If there are any problems with your order we will contact you.

Returns

If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. If the item you return does not match its original condition, we reserve the right to reject the refund and the item will be returned to you. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) within 7 days of notifying us. We do not take responsibility for damage that occurs during the return process; please ensure that the goods are well protected/tracked when returned to us.
